A note on leadership. The characteristics of a 6/2 A note on leadership. The characteristics of a 6/2 is to be a leader. But before anything else is to learn how to be your own leader, and from this we are the role model, done, period. I’m not a coach, see, this is my trip, I lead myself, I’m my own parent, I learned how to be self reliant, how to parenting my inner child, I healed the wounds and became fearless. I set myself free from all the opinions and “you should” This is what strategy and authority do. It gives you back your power to be god! To be your own leader! Your own god. Listen to yourself. I will lead you toward the fear of the unknown and the beauty of you soul facing your shadow and dark side to let this inevitably light shining and shining! But I’m not a coach or a guru. Dont be afraid of becoming a wolf be afraid of staying a sheep your whole life! Be a leader, be your own leader your own parent. Take credits for your life, full responsibility. Period. We are 6/2 We are the future of humanity - leading them to S&A We cannot hold the frequency alone! we need each other to do this job - this is the way - done - period - and the more of us will embrace what is a fact (being our own authority, self-reliance) the more we will shift the frequency and be able to maintain the new one! Next time you're in the middle of your town or you Next time you're in the middle of your town or your city or wherever and there are crowds around, just look for a moment, think about that. What I'm really trying to get across to you is something about the other. All of our discussions over this course have been about fractals and geometries. All of which ultimately brings us to the theme of life, which is that we must deal with the other as a bio-form, we are deeply, deeply designed to connect to the other, and that for you to begin to reassess the importance of encounter in your life. You are messengers. And as messengers there are always going to be those that look for that message. And each and everyone of them that comes that is a very special event, even if they don't get it, quite frankly. They may be on your fractal, but it may be too damn far down the line for them to really get it. But at the same time, it is about the importance that you give to those encounters. When somebody says to you: what do you do? That‘s one of those moments where instead of shrugging it off you look into their eyes and see for yourself, should I really tell them, are they ready for this. You'll feel it. From slef-hatred to self-love, from self punishment, judgement to more compassion and tolerance for myself. I learn that there is not such thing as mistake, sometimes I may be on a little detour but it all leads me to the same point. Learning how to choose yourself no matter what was a huge challenge, the fear of avoiding confrontation and truth, the fear of rocking the boat, or making everyone happy, oh boy that was a thing... this not self strategy was so strong... and slowly I learn how to say yes to me, to little Ben Ben, to be my own parent. And I started to attract amazing and healthy relationships. People who actually value and respect my “no” people who appreciate boundaries and respect that. So on one side of this story we see that there is So on one side of this story we see that there is a need to have purpose. Nobody knows what their purpose is. Your purpose unfolds. The only thing that you need to do is navigate correctly. That’s all. You align yourself, your purpose unfolds. It’s just like that. And it’s not your mind trip that goes, “Oh, yeah, I think my purpose is this.” You don't know. It doesn’t matter. It’s just the way in which you screw yourself around because you don't see where you are because you think you should be going someplace else. It’s a ride, I tell you; it’s a ride. And it's a ride in a very primitive thing. Bioforms are primitive. They are. And they’re limited by all the demands of what it is to be genetic, the genetic imperative, reproduction, all this stuff, having to eat, on and on and on. We’re not even very far along the evolutionary ladder in terms of the vehicle. But we all know that the consciousness is so much more sophisticated. It’s so obvious. You can’t change the form that you're in. You can perfect it. You can honor it. You can allow it to be a platform for your awareness. This is what Human Design is. It’s about understanding that if you treat the form correctly, if you allow the form to operate on this plane, then it will. You can’t. You don’t belong here. You're a visitor. You’re a passenger. Stop interfering with the way things work here on this plane and see what's happening. And the moment you stop interfering is the moment that you do get to see. Slowly you strip away all that conditioned stuff about the way things are supposed to be, what you think you think you think you think you think. In every spectrum there are radical edges. We are 9 centers being - we are not here to worry about survival. We are not! We haven’t been Design so! No no no! It is all about fulfilling that signature that is within us. Satisfaction, Peace, Success, Surprise. You know everything that we do in this, you do alone, you do alone so you can be with the other. You do it alone so you can understand your are right.
